At Kapiva Ayurveda, we value your trust and want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Returns Policy will guide you through the process.

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

It should be returned in its original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send products back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, and hygiene reasons:

Perishable items such as herbal powders, teas, or consumables once opened.

Personal care and wellness products (if used or unsealed).

Gift cards or vouchers.

Downloadable digital products.

Hazardous or flammable items.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:

Books with visible signs of use.

Any opened or used wellness CDs/DVDs or digital media.

Products not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within a few working days and credited to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Recheck your bank account.

Contact your credit card provider (sometimes posting takes extra time).

Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds.
Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace products only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@kapivayurveda.com.
Gifts

If a product was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once your returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
