Welcome to Kapivayurveda! These terms outline the rules and guidelines for using our electric vehicle rental services. Please read them carefully – we’ve tried to keep things simple and clear.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree with any part, you may not use our services.
2. Rental Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must possess a valid driving license.
You must complete the KYC process as required.
3. Vehicle Usage
Our EVs are meant for commercial delivery purposes only (Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
No sub-leasing – you cannot rent the vehicle to someone else.
Follow all traffic rules and maintain safe driving practices.
4. Rental Charges & Payments
Rent is charged on a daily/monthly basis, as per your chosen plan.
A security deposit is required, refundable after vehicle return (subject to inspection).
Late payments may lead to service suspension.
5. Maintenance & Repairs
We cover regular maintenance and servicing.
In case of breakdown, we provide 24/7 road assistance.
You are responsible for minor repairs like tire punctures or bulb replacement.
6. Damage & Liability
You are liable for damages due to negligence or accidents caused by you.
Insurance coverage is provided for major incidents (terms apply).
Report any accidents or damages immediately to our support team.
7. Vehicle Return
Return the vehicle in the same condition (normal wear and tear accepted).
Security deposit will be refunded within 7-10 working days after inspection.
8. Cancellation & Refund
You can cancel your rental plan – refunds will be processed as per the chosen plan’s policy.
Early termination may involve cancellation charges.
9. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Your personal data is collected only for KYC and service purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
